Exhibit Registration

The exhibitor tables will be placed along the perimeter of the Manoa Grand Ballroom at the Japanese Cultural Center. Each exhibition area consists of a six-foot draped table, 1 chair, and the choice of 1 hanging sign. All displays must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor's assigned booth. The facility will be open by 6 AM on the day of the event, and all exhibitors are expected to be set up before registration begins at 8 AM. Tear-down must be completed by 6:30 PM. The cost per exhibitor is $125, which includes 1 table, 1 chair, and the lunch buffet for one person. For more information, please eamil hcee@hawaii.edu.
